Job Description

• At least 1 or 2 SAP ISU Project implementation experience with strong knowledge in SAP ISU data model
• Proven experience as a SAP CRM Techno Functional Consultant working for large organizations across multiple projects
• Good knowledge of IS-U Master Data model
• Customer master data/ relationships
• Move In/ Move Out and data replication (TMD and BMD)
• Hands on experience in MDT
• Configuration of Interaction centre for customer call centre.
• CRM IVR integration configuration.
• Expertise in functional design, solution design, SAP Functional Specification preparation
• SAP CRM to ECC inbound out outbound job monitoring & issue resolving capacity visa versa.
• SAP CRM integration with ECC for new product deployment.

Functional Competencies

• Meet with business to understand their requirements, document these requirements in the form of Functional Specifications and map them into SAP's capabilities.
• Configure and test the system through the Business process flows to meet Business Requirements.
• Knowledge in CRM middle ware
