Job Description
- Implementation of comprehensive HR Policy framework across the employees’ life cycle: recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits career and succession planning for employees across organisation.
- Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
- Implement best in class recruitment process for the organisation. Periodically review recruitment process, sources and methods related metrics in order to evaluate the efficiency of process and build improvements.
- Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures.
- Effective implementation of Performance Management System in the organization.
- Plan and execute learning and development need in alignment with business needs and talent development.
- Periodic review of Performance evaluation of the employees.
- Monitor high level of employee engagement and retention of critical employees
- Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.
- Overseeing exit interviews.
- Overseeing CSR Activities
- Overall Administration related activities covering facility, transport, building maintenance, Security etc.
